Think about relationships that you have. How do you look after of those relationships to sustain and deepen them? Now what if you'd think of all dimensions of self care - nurturing your mind, treating your heart, strengthening your body and cultivating the soul - as relationships. How can you look after each of them. The idea of balance is sometimes misleading, because somehow we think of an equal weighting. In this episode Matt and Daniel share, what they do to cultivate each of these relationships and also what they sometimes struggle with.
